TLC Welcome to Plathville spoilers reveal that After being in such a toxic relationship with Ethan Plath’s parents, he and his wife, Olivia Plath, decided that they would cut all ties with Kim and Barry Plath.
Ethan said it was painful, but his parents proved time and time again that they were toxic and the relationship with Ethan was not healthy for anyone. Recently, Ethan and Olivia opened up to fans about how this is all working so far.
The Plath’s New Home
Ethan and Olivia were just at that point in life where they were really beginning to fall in love with their life again. They were working on their marriage and were trying to get the romance and love back. They have done it, but then, Kim and Barry decided to move and the young couple can’t even go to the grocery store now without passing their new home! They moved just a few blocks from Ethan and Olivia and Ethan is not exactly happy about it.

Don’t miss the premiere of Welcome to Plathville Season Two tonight on @tlc! From the promos it might look like I spent this season crying 😉, but I promise that there is lots of laughter and adventure too as Ethan and I figure out who we want to be, how we want to live, and what our surrounding environment should look like. I believe in honesty and authenticity, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my life as I lean into growth and healing in order to become the best version of myself 💛 Can’t wait to meet you tonight on @tlc at 10/9c.
In such a small town, you would expect that these things are bound to happen. Who else moved closer to Ethan? His younger brother and sister, Moriah and Micah Plath. These two decided that they were tired of their parent’s rules so they got a house together. Olivia has been trying to help them too.
There Have Been A Lot Of Changes
She told fans, “Ethan and I took Micah and Moriah under our wing a lot and this year it looks a whole lot different because now they’re off flying on their own and doing their own thing, making their own friends. So we don’t see them as often. But when we do, we have fun.”
Ethan also explained to fans that there have been a lot of changes too. He said, “During last year, we were allowed to see the kids some, and then last fall, everything just completely changed and we were not allowed to see the kids at all. It was just toxic. It really does hurt not being able to see them. That’s really hard.”
