‘My Big Fat Fabulous Life’: Was Chase Severino Paid to Be On the Show?

For years, the fans of TLC’s My Big Fat Fabulous Life thought that Whitney Way Thore was paying people to be on the show. They thought that every man she was with, including fiance, Chase Severino, were paid actors and when they broke up, fans went crazy with the “I told you so” rumors.

The Pandemic Break Up

No one was really expecting the break up between Whitney and Chase, but during the quarantine, Whitney posted on Instagram that she and Chase had broken up. He didn’t come to see her during that time and instead spent time with a woman that he knew pretty well from the past. The two of them hooked up during the quarantine, one thing led to another, and she ended up pregnant. They had their first child together in August. Meanwhile, Whitney was devastated.

Fans of My Big Fat Fabulous Life showed concern, but others just knew that this would happen since they think Chase has been paid to be on the show. These haters think that it was going to happen sooner or later and the pandemic was the perfect time. Whitney has told her fans that it is upsetting to think that they would say this because she deserves a good man just like anyone else.
