‘Welcome to Plathville’ News: Lydia Plath Shares Her Feelings

On TLC’s Welcome to Plathville, we have seen a lot of family conflicts. Ethan and Olivia Plath have pretty much stopped speaking to Barry and Kim Plath all together. Moriah and Micah Plath have moved out and do not see eye to eye on anything their parents raised them to believe. There is one Plath, however, that doesn’t understand why there is so much fighting. Lydia Plath is the sweet and kind Plath sister that just wants everyone to get along again. Will she get her wish?

Lydia Plath Prayers for Her Family

If you have seen one of the Plaths deep in prayer, it is Lydia. She has already shown viewers that she is the most religious of the Plath children and she just wants happiness in the entire family. She feels that God is the one who will pull them all back together. She is quite obedient to her parents and does all of the household chores and takes care of everyone.

Lydia just wants to serve her family and the lord and that is what makes her the happiest. Moriah and Lydia got pretty close when they were growing up, but then they realized that they did not have that much in common and they grew apart. Now that Moriah is not living on the Plath family farm, Lydia really misses her.

Lydia Plath Is Most Affected By The Arguments

“We’re both strong in what we believe and we don’t easily waver to what goes on around us,” Lydia told cameras. The family arguments have not gone away and Lydia is the most affected by it all. Kim seems to be worried about her now that things have gone sideways with her older children. Lydia has called these fights “heartbreaking” and she just wants peace in the family.

Will Lydia’s praying really help the family out? Will the family be able to resolve their issues? We hope that the older siblings will at least try to hear Lydia out and try to make things better with Kim and Barry, but it seems highly unlikely at this point.
