Sister Wives Spoilers: New Season Reveals Brown Family Breakup?

Sister Wives spoilers reveals that the new promo video for the upcoming season of TLC’s blockbuster show about the Brown family reveals new tensions and clashes among Kody Brown and his four wives.

The new season debuts February 14 and apparently their famed financial issues have not been solved even though the fam has gotten plenty of flak for it. Here are a few things that the trailer shows fans can expect in the new season.

Sister Wives News: Coyote Pass Is Still A Pain

After the Flagstaff move the Sister Wives each got separate, temporary homes with the Coyote Pass land presumably to be used for permanent houses. Years later nothing has happened there and Christine is chomping at the bit for a better domicle. What’s the problem? Kody has money issues.

“Just because the houses have sold doesn’t mean that we’ve got money,” Kody says in the trailer.

The family is in rentals and homes that were purchased when rentals weren’t available. This means big expenses that could hinder building on the property, and furthering the existing tension between everyone.

Sister Wives News: The Family Has Money Issues

Within this backdrop Sister Wives cast member Christine is making noises moving back to Utah even though the family fled due to its polygamy laws. “Next time I see Kody, I’m going to tell him I freaking want to move back to Utah, even though the girls don’t want to,” she says.

Janelle raises another concern in the trailer. “Our family’s been feeling really challenged since we came to Flagstaff because we’ve had to be in four separate homes. So, I’m getting very worried because it’s looking like there’s going to be even more separation.”

Robyn supports that saying, “We’re really acting like four separate families.”

Add to their present situation the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic brings its own unique problems. For instance, Kody is the only one going from home to home, keeping the wives and kids separated from each other.

Sister Wives News: The Pandemic Is Not Helping Matters

Meri wants to know, and rightfully so, “How can we work on our relationships if we can’t even see each other to talk to?”

What does Kody have to say about that? “I need my wives to stop complaining about this divide that we’ve got in the family.” Well, that’s helpful.

Could it be that the family is at a breaking point?

“Maybe there are some of us who are like, ‘I don’t want it anymore,’” Janelle says.

Christine then says she doesn’t want to be one of Kody’s wives anymore, and even Kody is doubting their situation: “If I was a monogamist and I had one wife…I don’t know, maybe it’s a fantasy on my part,” he says.

Be sure to catch the Sister Wives Season 15 debut on Sunday, February 14 on TLC.
