My 600-LB Life Spoilers: Minimum Weight Has Changed

My 600-LB Life spoilers and updates reveal the casting call has gone out for the new season of the TLC show. Fans of the TLC show are excited because this means there will be a new season this year. We are not sure when exactly, but with this casting call, it gives us hope that it will be soon.

Surprises and Changes

There have been some changes when it comes to the audition for My 600-LB Life. The producers have decided to change the minimum weight for cast members. They have lowered it to anyone that weighs 500 pounds or over. This may open up a window for those who were less than 600 pounds, but never got a chance to audition for the show.

With this change, some fans are even more excited because there have been rumors of a crossover with My 600-LB Life and My Big Fat Fabulous Life. We cannot confirm these rumors as of yet, but it would help to pave the way for these two shows to meet and become one.

Where To Find Casting Calls

Many viewers of My 600-LB Life have wanted to be on the show and now the website auditionsfree.com lists where you can try to get a spot on the show. The ad reads, “My 600-LB Life is currently searching for individuals weighing 500 pounds or more who are ready to embark on a year-long journey to regain their health. The ideal candidate is over 18, lives in the continental US and is ready to commit to improve their health. If approved by the show’s physician, selected individuals will also receive Gastric Bypass Surgery.”

From the looks of it, there is a new production company making this season and this could be because of all of the lawsuits against Megalomedia. A few cast members and families have filed these lawsuits to get back payment of medical bills and for pain and emotional suffering during the filming of the show.
