The new seasons of Bachelor In Paradise and The Bachelorette have both been confirmed by ABC Network to start soon.

The Premiere Date Of The Bachelorette Slated For July

The face of the upcoming seventh season of The Bachelorette, Katie Thurston, is not ready to give up on finding true love. The TikTok’s star relationship with Matt James didn’t end well. The filming of her season was scheduled to take place in Canada but was shifted to New Mexico because of coronavirus travel restrictions. The venue of Katie’s season is the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Spa and Resort. The premiere date has been fixed for Monday, the 7th of July.

Co-star, Michelle Young, is to be the face of season eighteen and is to commence filming of her season sometime in the summer. This will be in tune with the planned premiere date set for the fall.

Bachelor in Paradise Spoilers – No Way Back For Chris Harrison

In February this year, the internet was awash with images of Rachael Kirkconnell having fun at an antebellum-styled party. A lot of fans objected to the party as they deemed it racist. The host of The Bachelorette, Chris Harrison came out in defense of Rachael by saying people were taking things out of proportion. He said she was too young to understand the consequences of her actions and blamed it on people he called “woke police”.

He stepped down as host temporarily, as the backlash from his comments gained momentum.

Though he appeared as a host in some pre-recorded episodes of the twenty-fifth season of The Bachelor, he was replaced by Emmanuel Acho during the filming of After the Final Rose. Former stars of The Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, and Tayshia Adams are to be hosts this year.

Bachelor In Paradise Gets Premiere Date For Seventh Season

The premiere date of Bachelor In Paradise has also been confirmed. The ABC series which is in its seventh season has been confirmed to premiere on the 16th of August. The show didn’t take place last year because of the coronavirus pandemic. The cast members of the new season of the series are unknown, but filming is expected to start in June. It is rumored that the producers are having a hard time convincing eligible bachelors to be part of the show because of the racist scandal. There is no confirmation if Chris will be returning as host of the series.

Fans flooded the Instagram page of Bachelor In Paradise with some angry as well as humor-laced comments. Some of the fans swore not to watch the new season if Chris returned as host, while others said the year off was not long enough.
