It’s official! Tammy Slaton is now a married woman. The 1000 Lb Sisters star married her fiancé Caleb Willingham on Saturday in a small ceremony after becoming engaged this past October.
Tammy Slaton Married In A Small Wedding In Ohio
The pair tied the knot at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Ohio located in the city of Gibsonburg. Roughly thirty friends and family attended the ceremony. Amy Slaton, Tammy’s sister, was in attendance as well.
Tammy Slaton broke the news to fans on social media, sharing “You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you’ll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham,” the reality star said. “I’m married now!”
Tammy Met Her New Husband In Rehab
Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham connected at the Ohio rehab after learning they shared the same struggles. A video of Caleb’s proposal was shared with The Sun. Tammy was seen at the time in the video accepting her beau’s proposal.
In several shared wedding pictures, Tammy Slaton is seen holding a bouquet of orange and yellow flowers while wearing a white wedding dressing and tiara. Her hair is half down and done up in curls. The 1000 Lb Sisters star has a smile on her face.

Tammy Slaton’s Family, Friends Approve
An insider has shared that Tammy Slaton’s friends and family appear to both like and approve of Tammy’s new husband, Caleb.
“They have a lot of the same struggles that they can share. They’ve been a huge support for each other [in rehab], which is awesome,” the insider shared.
The family likes that Tammy has maintained an in person relationship with Caleb. Although brief, Tammy’s past boyfriends have either not had her best interest in mind and have also been online relationships.
Tammy Slaton’s wedding will reportedly be seen in the 1000 Lb Sisters upcoming new season set to premiere in January 2023.
